Turn new enquiries into qualified appointments.

When someone fills in your form, an AI calling assistant phones them shortly afterward. It asks your qualifying questions, books the people who fit into your calendar, and saves their answers so you're ready for the conversation.

Booking a call starts with a short form. My AI assistant then calls you to find a time, so you hear the system working on your own phone.

The problem

Enquiries come in. Reaching new leads takes time you don't always have.

If your business runs ads and gets enquiries through forms, some of this may sound familiar.

Enquiries arrive at busy moments

You're with a client, on a job, or it's after hours. The enquiry waits until someone is free to call.

Slow replies go cold

By the time someone calls back, the person may have spoken to another business or lost interest.

Qualifying is repetitive

The same questions on every call, just to find out whether someone is worth a proper meeting.

Booking takes back-and-forth

Finding a time that suits both of you can take several calls and messages.

How it works

From form to booked appointment, without your team making the call.

  1. Form submitted

Someone fills in your enquiry or application form.

  2. AI assistant calls

Their phone rings shortly afterward. The assistant says it's an AI assistant calling for your business.

  3. Your questions

It asks the qualifying questions you choose, such as budget, timeline or location.

  4. Appointment booked

If they qualify and want to meet, it offers open times from your calendar and books the one they pick.

  5. Answers saved

Their answers go into a Google Sheet, so you know who you're speaking to before the appointment.

What it gives you: quicker contact with new enquiries, fewer qualifying calls for your team, appointments booked without the back-and-forth, and every lead's answers in one place.

Try it yourself

Choose the demo closest to your business.

Fill in the demo form with your own phone number. An AI assistant will call you shortly afterward, just as it would call one of your leads.

Before you fill in a demo form

  • An AI assistant will call the number you enter, shortly after you submit. Use your own phone.
  • The form asks for your first name, last name, email and phone number. On the call, the assistant asks the demo's qualifying questions.
  • Calls are recorded so we can check how the assistant performed.
  • Your details are used to run the demo and to check how the assistant performed. In the fitness demo, your answers are also saved to a Google Sheet.
  • The call comes from a US number, +1 980 575 5779. It's fine to say you're just testing.
What we've tested

Floww is new. Here's what has worked in our own testing.

These are our own test results, not customer results. The quickest way to judge it is to try a demo on your own phone.

Internal test

20–30 sec

Form to first ring

From form submitted to phone ringing, across 15+ of our own test calls. Timing can vary with your setup.

Internal test

Fitness demo, end to end

In our testing, the full process worked: form submitted, AI call, qualifying questions, appointment booked in the calendar, and answers saved to Google Sheets.

Try it

Hear it for yourself

Every demo above calls a real phone. Fill one in with your number and hear exactly what your leads would hear.

What you get

Set up for your business, then looked after.

I build it around how you already work, test it with you, and stay on hand once it's live.

Your questions

The assistant asks the qualifying questions you choose, in a script written for your business.

Connected to your form

Works with Tally forms, or Typeform if that's what you use.

Booked into your calendar

Appointments go straight into Cal.com at times you've set as available.

Answers in Google Sheets

Every lead's answers are saved to a Google Sheet that you own.

Calls recorded

Listen back to any call to hear what was said.

Tested, then supported

Setup takes about 7 days. After launch, I fix problems and update your questions over WhatsApp or email.

FAQ

Questions business owners ask.

Can it talk in my own voice?

Yes. We can copy your voice from a short recording, or use any voice you have permission to use.

Will people know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. At the start of the call the assistant says it's an AI assistant calling on behalf of your business. It isn't set up to pretend to be a person.

Can I choose the questions it asks?

Yes. You decide what counts as a good fit, such as budget, timeline, location or type of job, and the script is written around those questions.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

Right now it works with Tally forms, Cal.com for booking, and a Google Sheet to save the answers. If you use Typeform, we can connect that instead.

Can it pass the call to someone on my team?

Yes, we can set that up. When a new lead comes in, your phone rings first and you hear who's waiting. Press 1 and you're connected to them straight away. If nobody on your team picks up, the AI assistant calls the lead instead, so no one is missed.

What happens if the person doesn't answer?

The assistant makes the first call. If the lead does not answer, it does not automatically call again. If you already have a retry sequence, we can connect unanswered leads to it.

What if someone doesn't qualify?

The assistant thanks them politely and doesn't book an appointment.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Every call is recorded, so we can listen back to exactly what happened. I adjust the script when something needs fixing.

How long does setup take?

About 7 days. That includes writing your script, connecting your form and calendar, and test calls before it goes live.

What does it cost?

It depends on your setup. I'll go through the setup cost and any monthly cost on our call, before you commit to anything.

Where is lead information kept?

Answers are saved to a Google Sheet that you own. Call recordings are stored in the calling platform we use. The assistant only calls people who filled in your form, never bought or cold lists.

About

Hi, I'm Ali, the founder of Floww.

I build AI calling and automation systems that help businesses respond to new enquiries.

I set up every system myself: the script, the form and calendar connections, and the test calls. When you work with Floww, you deal with me directly, not an account manager.

I'm based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and work with US businesses. Floww is a service of Splash Xedia LLC, a company registered in Wyoming.
